CrewLu App - No Personal Data Collection

The CrewLu iOS app itself does not collect, use, save, or have access to any of your personal data. All data you create within the App is stored privately on your device and, if you choose, in your personal iCloud account. We do not have access to this data.

Data Storage and iCloud Sync

The App allows you to store your data, such as imported contract information and personal notes, directly on your device.

For your convenience, the App uses Apple's iCloud service to seamlessly sync your data across your personal devices. This data is stored in your private iCloud container, which we do not have access to. All data synced via iCloud is subject to Apple's Privacy Policy.

Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party service to provide functionality:

CheckWX API: To provide aviation weather information (METAR/TAF), the App sends requests to the CheckWX API. These requests contain location identifiers (e.g., ICAO codes) and are sent over the internet, which may include standard HTTP metadata such as IP address and device information in request headers. CheckWX may log this metadata per their privacy policy. For more information, you can review the CheckWX Privacy Policy.

Children's Privacy

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13 (or 16 in the European Union, where applicable). We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under these age limits. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal data from a child under the applicable age, we will take steps to delete that information as quickly as possible. Website Analytics Data Collection

What We Collect: This website uses Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand how visitors use our site. GA4 may collect the following information:

• IP Address: Your IP address is collected but immediately anonymized to protect your privacy
• Device Information: Browser type, operating system, device type, and screen resolution
• Usage Data: Pages viewed, time spent on pages, click interactions, and navigation paths
• Referral Information: The website that referred you to our site
• Approximate Location: City/region-level location derived from your IP address
• Potential PII in URLs: If you manually enter personal information in URL parameters, it may be collected

Data Retention: Google Analytics data is retained for 14 months, after which it is automatically deleted.

• IP anonymization enabled
• Google Signals disabled (no cross-device tracking)
